Inquiry—not an online sale.

The product catalogue is provided to help customers identify and submit requirements. Adding a product or submitting an inquiry does not constitute an accepted purchase order, confirmed price, stock commitment or supply contract.

Quotation and specification confirmation

Prices, taxes, freight, minimum order quantities, delivery schedules, grades, standards and technical specifications are confirmed only through a formal quotation or written acceptance from NCPL.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming application requirements, dimensions, material grades, standards and quantities. Uploaded files must be lawful and relevant to the inquiry.

Catalogue information

NCPL may revise catalogue content, product availability and portal functions without prior notice. Product images or descriptions are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing.
